Recently I started to listen to this English word "Coworking" and began to investigate to see indeed that was the idea and I discovered that the coworking is a growing trend in recent years in countries such as Europe, United States and also in Latin America. It is basically sharing a working space with professionals from areas near each other.* The worker or professional freelance gets tired of be working alone, or work pays more when not at home.
* In spite of the above it is not profitable to rent an Office for costs of income and maintenance of the property.
* The coworking is an exchange of ideas among professionals who can help each other, and in some cases to share projects.
This is a new trend of co - work, i.e., that several independent people gather in the same space to share costs and gain access to more potential customers.
Coworking facilities, designed primarily for professionals in Internet, designers, programmers, writers, journalists, etc., generally provide a single desk, internet access and other services.
With dozens of spaces located in countries such as United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Australia, Argentina, among others, such places is used by professional nomads who travel around the world and carry only hand-held computers to carry out its work.
The business incubators and business centres do not seem to fit into the coworking model, because often they do not encourage social life, in collaboration, or close to a cooperative management practices, including special attention in the community.
The coworking offers a solution to the problem of isolation that entails for many freelancers, or even micro-enterprises. I think in particular that he will have much success, because people in general are sociable and if we compare this trend, with the social networks I think that the idea remains the same, create a related community environment to a particular topic.
